Colorado Coalition of Land Trust’s Annual Conference “Conservation Excellence 2011” will have a wide variety of sessions led by the nation’s leading experts on issues confronting land conservation professionals.
CWT staff attorney Zach Smith will be presenting “The Perpetual Drip: Managing Water Forever”. Topics will include deed drafting and due diligence rule changes at the Department of Regulatory Agencies, as well an introduction to several unique types of water found on many conservation easements: springs, seepage and stock ponds.
