Dr. Leo Eisel, P.E., will be inducted into The Ancient and Honorable Order of the Water Buffalo later this month. This prestigious honor is bestowed upon members of the Water Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association in recognition of their special contributions in the area of water rights. Over the past ten years, CWT has benefited tremendously from Leo’s knowledge and expertise as he has attentively served on our Board of Directors. The scope and breadth of Leo’s experience is vast; he has experience in all sectors including state and federal government, private industry, the NGO sector, and academia. Leo has a passion for projects and for realizing results on the ground. We’re so pleased that he’ll be honored for his outstanding contributions to Colorado’s water community.
